Our office is closed on all Statutory Holidays and The Civic Holiday. Please contact our Emergency line at 519-685-1640 for any animal related emergencies.

The office will be closed at 4:00 P.M. on Christmas Eve day and New Years Eve day at 4:00 P.M. For any stray animal related emergencies, sick or injured, please contact our on call the Emergency Officer at 519-685-1640.

The London Animal Care Centre also provides lost and found services, shelter services, educational presentations and an adoption centre.

The City of London provides limited 24 hour emergency services for animal care.
The City of London provides 24 hour emergency services for sick or injured stray domestic animals and sick or injured wildlife.
Our answering service receives calls after hours, and we respond to emergencies involving pets and wildlife. To reach the on-call emergency officer, please call 519-685-1640. If you find a pet with no identification after hours, we would ask that you provide shelter for it overnight, call us in the morning to arrange for the pet to come to the Animal Care Centre. You may also submit a found report here.
If you have found a dog with a City of London license or a cat with a City of London cat identification tag, call the emergency officer at 519-685-1640 and they will provide you with the owner's telephone number.
